Taylor Parsons is a highly experienced rope access technician and IRATA Level 3 instructor with over 22 years in the rope access industry. As Co-Director of SkyTech Projects, she brings a wealth of global expertise in working at heights, industrial rope access, and height safety solutions. Her experience spans projects across Australia, China, the USA, Canada, England, Germany, Austria, and Trinidad & Tobago, showcasing her impressive international experience.
Her work spans a wide range of sectors, including oil and gas, mining, commercial construction, and infrastructure maintenance. Taylor’s background includes previous director-level leadership in multiple large rope access companies. She also played a crucial role in security risk management with Westpac Bank, where she oversaw safety and compliance across high-security assets, demonstrating her ability to manage and secure high-risk environments.
As a passionate and hands-on leader, Taylor is committed to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality rope access services. She ensures SkyTech Projects maintains the highest standards in height safety system installation, industrial maintenance, and specialised access solutions. His career has spanned a wide range of sectors, including geotechnical work, wind turbine blade repairs, and structural maintenance on some of Australia's most iconic landmarks.
Ben's rope access journey began as a geotechnician in the aftermath of the Christchurch earthquakes. His work on stabilisation projects for cliffs and slopes in high-risk environments sparked his passion for the field, leading him to expand his capabilities across a diverse range of industries, including wind energy, mining, and oil and gas.
Over the past seven years, Ben has focused on high-profile city projects—primarily in Sydney—delivering specialised maintenance services. His notable achievements include undertaking blasting and painting works on the Sydney Harbour Bridge, performing structural concrete repairs on the Sydney Opera House, and carrying out steel cable remediation on the Westfield Tower.
